While most of us are grinding away, Laura and Justin are day drinking and trying to make themselves giggle. It’s their job, they say. The audience is the boss, they say. They clock in with a hastily scribbled set list and close bar tabs to clock out. So are they comedic dynamos on the upswing, or simply unemployable? That’s all up to you. After all, you’re the boss. Apparently.
Justin Golak hails from Cleveland and resides in Chicago. He’s recorded two popular comedy albums (“Influenced” and “Rosemary’s Baby”), and features in clubs throughout the Midwest. He’s been named a Person to Watch by Columbus Alive magazine and has been a featured performer in the Cleveland Comedy Festival. He once ate two boxes of Velveeta Shells & Cheese in one sitting just to prove that he could–he had to pretend that it made him sick to his stomach.

Laura Sanders, of Columbus, Ohio, pretends she’s not a graphic designer by day. She’s been featured on Fox’s LaughsTV, and featured in such acclaimed lineups as Chicago’s Comedians You Should Know, LA’s Hot Tub with Kurt and Kristen, Wilmington’s Cape Fear Comedy Festival, and New York’s She Devil Comedy Festival. She recently changed the name of the dog she’s lived with for four years just to “f*ck with him.”
