Viet Huynh (pronounced like “hwin”) was born and raised in Goose Creek, SC and began his stand-up comedy career in Atlanta, GA. Moving forward, Viet has used that initial positive buzz to quickly become a favorite at many comedy clubs and venues across the nation.
Viet Huynh has put together shows such The Affirmative Action Comedy Showcase, The Heroes of Hilarity, and An Intimate Evening of Comedy and Rap Music. Viet balances his structural engineering career with a rigorous schedule of multiple performances each week at various comedy clubs and venues. By doing so he has created a new profession by the name of “Comedic Engineering”; the design and delivery of jokes and punchlines. Viet has shared the stage with many well known comedians and has won a few comedy competitions along the way.
Viet derives a lot of his humor from his life of being an Asian-American growing up in the South, observational and nerd humor, and relationship issues.
Mia Jackson, a native of Columbus, Georgia and a self proclaimed know it all, wondered what would happen if she took her sense of humor to the stage. That’s exactly what she did! After graduating from the University of Georgia she hit the local comedy scene and has thrilled audiences since day one.
To her credit she has appeared on Oxygen’s Girls Behaving Badly and TLC’s Wild Weddings. She was also a writer on BET/Centric’s re-launch of the Soul Train Awards in 2009 and 2010. In 2012, Mia was a finalist in the Laughing Skull Festival. She recently taped a spot on NickMom’s Night Out and opened for Dave Chapelle.
Mia is a diverse comedienne with a different voice and perspective. Her energetic conversational style leaves the audience feeling refreshed and as if they have known her forever. Smart, funny, and versatile, Mia entertains all types of crowds.

When Monty Mitchell takes those long lanky steps toward the stage, you soon discover that story-teller is very different. He takes your audience through a varied routine pushing them toward disbelief, shock, and appreciation for his comedic talents….all the while they are laughing hysterically at his stories. Monty can take stories ranging from a funeral visit, to a fast food drive-through experience, to a police officer’s traffic stop and make them stories you will never ever forget. By the time you get to the end of his show, you’ve heard (maybe more than you planned to) about his marriage, his son, his cat, and his latest trip to the low-rent strip bar.
Monty has been held hostage in the corporate world for years, and the comedy stage has been calling for him to perform. So perform he has across the nation, in bars, colleges, and on-stage. Monty’s unabashed enthusiasm and comedic style turns any event (and open-minded crowd) into a great night of comedy.

She is one of the absolute funniest, most original comics to have ever called Nashville home and we are damn lucky she is coming back for one night to do a show here! Don’t miss it.

She has performed in the Vancouver Comedy Fest (2007), HBO’s Andy Kaufman Awards (2007), Montreal’s Just For Laughs Festival (2009), and in 2011 was selected for the San Francisco Sketch Fest’s “Dozen,” 12 up and coming headliners performing at the Punch Line throughout the fest.
Mack had her national TV debut on Comedy Central’s Live at Gotham and NBC’s Last Comic Standing. She was interviewed on Episode 263 of the WTF with Marc Maron podcast in March 2012. Mary currently provides the voice of “Dylan” on FOX / ADHD’s “Golan the Insatiable” cartoon. She now divides her time among Los Angeles, Minneapolis, and a camper in the woods.
