Rocky Dale Davis was born in a one red light town in Brookwood, AL. He started comedy at 19 in front of 3 people at 1am in the morning. Although it was a terrible situation he did well and knew this was what he wanted to do for the rest of his life. Bruce Ayers made him a regular at the Comedy Club Stardome.
He loved comedy in Alabama but later moved to Atlanta to get more stage time. He flourished being on stage every night and began working every room in the city. From the Uptown Comedy Corner to the Atlanta Punchline. He has opened for Tommy Davidson, Bret Ernst, Roy Wood Jr, Dominique, Craig Shoemaker, and John Morgan.
After only 6 months in Atlanta Rocky landed a spot on the hit Reality TV Series Redneck Island on CMT. Rocky has since auditioned for Wild N Out, Shaq’s All Star Comedy Jam, and Showcased twice for CMT. Rocky will be moving to New York in April to pursue comedy in the big apple.
Rockys comedy does not have a style or appeal to a particular group. Country, urban, or mainstream his jokes still impress because as he says “funny is funny”. His southern accent and truthful comedy have become a huge hit at any mic he touches.

There’s always an element of danger with comedy shows at Springwater. Several things can be rough: the crowds, the language, and finding a seat in the packed house. You never know what’s going to happen, but you can bet it’ll be funny and exciting.
