The 3rd annual World Stupidity Awards take place July 22 at “Just for Laughs” – The Montreal International Comedy Festival. This year, the awards are hosted by the Daily Show’s Lewis Black, who will be fronting a parade of top stars and entertainers. This show promises to be the most insane yet.
